1. How do I place my order or reserve an item?

To reserve an item, write a comment under the photo of the item you wish to buy. Then, leave a private message to include your name, item code, quantity you wish to buy, shipping address, and contact details.

Example: Lea Sy/ item 001 - 3 pcs/123 ABC Street, Manila/ 09162223333

2. Where should I pay for the ordered item?

I will send you a message regarding the bank details (BPI) where you will send your payment within 1 day of confirming placement of your order. If payment is not received within the time frame, order reservation will be considered void.

3. When will I receive the item I purchased?

Shipping is only done during Tuesdays. Thus, all orders will be sent to the customer on the nearest Tuesday after the payment of the merchandise was received.

For example, you placed your order on a Thursday and sent the payment on the same day - item will be shipped on Tuesday of the coming week. Shipping fees are to be shouldered by the buyer and will vary depending on the item weight and your location.

4. What should I do after receiving the items?

After receiving your item, kindly send me a message regarding receipt of the item and the tracking number for confirmation.

5. Can I return or exchange the items that I already received? 

I have a no return, no exchange policy.
